According to Taiwan's Ministry of Finance: "Information on legal and beneficial owners of assets stored in the free trade zones are required to be reported to the Customs. In addition, according to Article 393 of the Company Act, any person may request access to public information, e.g., the directors’ and supervisors’ shareholdings in a company. In this regard, in the case that beneficial owners of an asset are the directors or supervisors of a company, their respective percentage of shareholdings and other relevant information are available on the website of the Department of Commerce, Ministry of Economic Affairs."
