 Data Date: 2019

Notes

According to Article 59 of the Civil and Commercial Procedure Law: "Court sessions shall be in public, unless the court decides, on its own or at the request of one of the parties, to sit in camera to maintain public order or in compliance with the conduct or sanctity of family privacy. The court shall always pronounce judgments in an open session". It is unclear if family privacy can abused as an excuse to exclude the public from proceedings on civil tax matters.
