Notes

According to Netherlands' Ministry of Finance, there is a public online registry of real estate (TJN-Survey 2017). Indeed, the real estate registry is available online to the public. An individual must insert the exact address of the building in a search engine, to then be able to access registry information related to the property, for different fees. It is worth noting that the English version of the Kadastre website has no information regarding access to cadastre data. Using web browser translation functionalities, it is however possible to access registry information in the website.
