According to KPMG, the Immigration Regulations of 2017 provide that: "A foreign national who has imported an annual minimum 'threshold of capital' over a period of time may be issued a permanent residence permit, provided that the investment is not withdrawn. […] the enabling Act and the Regulations do not specify the minimum capital threshold. It is likely that this will be subject to government’s dictate on annual basis".
