Notes

According to the Criminal Procedure Code, Article 308, the trial is public, unless ex officio or at the request of the party, the court decides to carry it out totally or partially behind closed doors, provided to protect the private life or physical integrity of any of the participants, an official secret authorized by law, or a private, commercial or industrial secret, whose undue disclosure is punishable. It is unclear if the protection of the private life or a private secret can be abused as an excuse to exclude the public from the proceedings.
