416 *Real Estate Registry: Is there a central registry of domestic real estate publicly available online? No, there is no central registry of real estate.
 Data Date: 2019

Notes

Bolivia does not have a central registry of domestic real estate. While cadastre data may be centralized for administrative purposes, access to registry information is only possible through the local registry offices (Oficinas de Derechos Reales) of the department where the property is registered. Furthermore, registry information is not available to the general public. Only intermediaries and interested parties can request extracts and copies. The Ministry of Public Works and Housing has launched a regularization program for urban real property, whose website hosts an online registry that is however only available to citizens and property owners.
