According to the Global Forum, the declaration of establishment filed with the Registrar of Foundations "must set forth the following: name of the foundation, its purpose and the initial property endowment; name and address of the founder(s); the full names and addresses of the foundation council members; name and address of the registered agent; name and address of the secretary and guardian, if any; provisions, if any, for the designation of beneficiaries; names and addresses of any designated beneficiaries" (GF 2014: 45). Regarding overseas foundations, the Foundations Act, Article 41(2) provides that: "Articles of continuance of an overseas foundation shall: [...] (f) state such other provisions as are required to be included in the declaration of establishment of a foundation under this Act" (Foundations Act, Section 41(2)).
